Rules xx;
-must be 88 x 31
-must reflect colors of the current skin
-must have 'NY Jailbirds' on it somewhere in readable print and size
-has to look good

I think thats pretty fair. No one is required to enter, and no prizes will be given, but please have fun with it. :3
